Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original tags must be attached.
Proof of purchase is required.

Customized or personalized products
Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at courtney.ross4@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate an exchange based on inventory availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
